Go take a look at the Boconcept reputation, Ask anyone who purchased from them in the past 5 years, or talk to any of their current customers like me. Boconcept or Bo Concept (read: "No Concept") is by far the worst company to deal with i have ever come across in my life. Crappiest products, looks great on the showroom floor, feels like cardboard when you get it home, customer service people treat you like you you owe them something, not anything like they should and the management in the new jersey corporate office would be better off running a circus or managing a pig farm. go check out this site www.BoConceptSucks(dot)com Or go look them up on www.ApartmentTherapy(dot)com and see for yourselves how long of a tainted history they have. It goes back YEARS! BoConcept truly is the worst company on the face of this planet. oh, get this, i found out that MOST OF THEIR FURNITURE and sofas are MADE IN CHINA..what a ripp-off!
