An escalator ride down to the basement leads to frosted glass doors, which open to soaring aqua- and indigo-glass tiled walls and fresh potted flowers. Inside reveals a softly lit relaxation lounge set up with a sexy chaise, gossip magazines, fresh fruit and lemon water for sipping before the kneading, exfoliating and moisturizing begins. The spa's prices reflect its locale. Remember it holds court in a downtown hotel, with prices to match. Massages range from $135 to $215, while nail services run from $45 to $145.
Before or after your treatment, block off some time to work out in the fitness studio, which is fully equipped with cardiovascular equipment, circuit training and free weights.
