    I had a tooth ache today Friday. I walked into the office and it was the nices office that I had seen. I like everyone's personality, I was treated very well and with respect. I liked the way dr. kim and the assitant explained to me what was wrong. I even started treatment and I will be going back for my final crown.

    I unlike the previous reviewer was satisfied with Valencia Dental Care. Although I had been going for years to another dental office. I always thought to myself that it was a miracle that I had not been diagnosed with needing any dental treatment for the past five years. Not even a filling. At Valencia dental care as soon as dr. saw my x-ray's, He was able to see that there was un diagnosed treatment. i.e I was diagnosed with needing a couple of crowns, and root canals. I had large old amalgam fillings that were leaking. I would recommend any critic to visit the office and try it out for themselves before reviewing the office. Of course as we all know it mostly comes down to money but you cannot expect to get high quality of work for $10. Do you?

    This office is terrible. They insisted things that my insurance covered were not covered and I must pay hundreds more than my insurance said I should be paying. After offering to send a copy of my ins paperwork to the Wyndhamsmith's office I was told, "You should find a new dentist because it is obvious you don't trust your dentist office as much as you trust some person on the phone at the insurance company." I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not. That is what I was told. When I called my ins again to let them know I was now going to need a new dentist and why my kind insurance rep herself called the dental office. I'm sure it won't shock the reader to discover the Wyndhamsmith's office suddenly changed their tune and said services were covered. Now of course I do not want to go back there to get the work done, and I am stuck paying for the x-rays I had taken.
