    Very Good

    My dogs had a wonderful time!

    My three dogs have stayed here three times for long stays. They have had such a good time that they didn't want to come home. They loved playing with all the daycare dogs and their suite was great. The staff really seemed to miss them when they were leaving and remembered them by name when they came back. The webcams are great! I really enjoyed watching them while I was on vacation. The only drawback is that it is a little pricey.

    If you feel comfortable taking your dog to a facility where the owner doesn't believe in vaccinating her dogs and allows her own personal dogs to catch Distemper from INSIDE the facility then by all means take your dog here. Run by nothing but teenagers who know nothing about the behavior of dogs... throw them all in a room together and cross your fingers they don't come home bit or sick. Also, don't go here for training. You're better off at a corporate training facility than here.

    Boarded my sight-impaired 13 year old spaniel for 8 days over the Christmas holidays when my favorite kennel was full. The premises are clean and very home-like in the lobby area, and the staff is friendly and good to their guests. They keep the dogs in "suites" or individual rooms with glass doors, or they let them socialize in a larger room with other dogs if they get along. No complaints other than there is no one there at night and the pick up times are limited during holidays. We had to leave her an extra two days because there was no Sunday pick up and Monday was a holiday. They had staff to walk and feed the dogs, of course, but no office staff available to process payments or paperwork. All in all, a good experience. It remains our "back-up" boarding kennel and is really quite nice.

    Worst Doggie Daycare/Boarding

    My dog was left at Waggin Tails against my better judgment. My vet warned me against this particular boarding facility for justifiable reasons, but I had already put a down payment down (which was non-refundable). The doggie cam does not work on most computers (i tried 4 and none could bring it up). They did not return my phone calls or pick up the phone when I called to check on my dog. Upon picking up my dog I found that he had not been kept clean. He had days worth of fecal matter left on his paws and smelled terrible. My dog also was not ready at the scheduled pick up time. Beyond this he was extremely unhappy and his eyes were glazed over for days after his visit. I will not be using this boarder again.
