My garage door broke. It is one of those things that you need fixed immediately. I called a couple other companies before calling Damian and they quoted me ridiculous service call fees. Damian Douglas Garage door does not charge a service fee, was able to come out the same day, and fixed my door for a very reasonable price. They provided me with a courteous timely service at an unbeatable price. I am a realtor by trade and I am constantly looking for great vendors to recommend to my clients. Damian Douglas is definitely on the list.

The Best in Town

Damian is the best guy to go with in town if you ask me. His service was the best, did everything to efficient and quick like it was second nature to the guy, you can watch him work on your garage door and know everything is being done right the first time. This guy is an honest worker with honest prices not like everyone else I have called.
All I needed were some springs to be changed, I called everyone listed near by that came up on google and the best price I could find was 250. Good thing I came across Damian on yellow pages to find that his rate is at 165 with a 1 year warranty but i went with a 3 year warranty for a total price of 185 out the door and that includes new springs and labor.
Trust me I called everyone on the list and "D&G" and "Precision Door services" has got to be the worst companies to call, they try to upsell their springs with a full line of bs about the cycles their springs has and not to mention they charge their labor on an hourly basis, for replacement springs?? common you mean you dont know how long it will take you to replace them with the so called experience you have? that a huge rip off.
Thats why I went with Damian, his parts come from the same place as everyone else and sold at the rate it is supposed to be with top notch installation and customer service, no upsell, no service call fee just to come out to your place like everyone else (usually an additional 45 bucks), and no charging labor by the hour. Everything was included in a single price so you dont have to worry. He did everything in a little over a half hour, when it is all said and done you will be very happy knowing you made a great deal. This is the only guy I will ever go with to service my garage door.

I was very impressed with Damian the first time I spoke with him. After calling several companies I chose him immediately. Cost was most competitive as well so I totally scored. He is very professional, straight forward and down to earth, there was no nonsence. I usually babysit anyone that comes to my house for repair but he came in, did his job and got it done. I will be highly recommending him to my friends and family, as well as business partners. GREAT JOB, it's hard to find good service in Las Vegas so keep it going brother.

He is one of the most friendly, responsible, and skillful repair men I ever met! He showed up on time, gave the best price, provided the service beyond my expectations. He was very pleasant, polite, and professional. When I read other reviews, I thought maybe his family or friends wrote them, after I work with him for my newly installed garage door, I knew every review is written by a grateful customer like myself. The newly installed garage door was quiet and beautiful, and he gave better price than other competitors. He will be my garage repair guy for life and I will recommend everyone I know for his business.

Today i had a wonderful experience even though it cost me $185.00.(smile) Both of our garage door springs snapped the other day due to wear & tear and i had the dreaded task of finding someone who would handle the job without trying to take my 81 yr old mom to the cleaners. Like a devoted son, i set out to find someone online, going down the listings until i came across Damian Douglas, LLC. (a residential garage door specialist) I clicked on their website and immediately a banner appears stating a special on springs with labor included. $165.00!! The bigger companies quoted around $250 to $375 so my first thoughts were on the defensive when i gave Damian a call. To my surprise the conversation with him (Damian) was very pleasant and we set up an appointment for the next day.
Five minutes before the our set appointment Damian gives me a call to let me know that he is outside and ready to work. He immediately survey's the situation from the inside, goes back to the truck to get his tools and proceeds to finish the job within 30 minutes or so. He made the job seem simple while providing us with a perfectly balanced garage door. Damian also took the time to school me on how it was done and gave me some tips for its upkeep. In a town where customer service has lost its luster, this company rises to the top. In a time of recession and money is scarce, we certainly received our monies worth and more.
Most of all, my mom was happy and she decided that she liked the young man (Damian) So if your looking for professional help with a garage door, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else after having Damian Douglas, LLC over. Give them a try, they earn it!

Damian Douglas Garage Doors...none better!
They gave an estimate/quote over the phone...showed-up on time...and most importantly, fixed the problem! Pleasant, and above all, competent...these guys are the best. Very reasonable priced, too! Straight talk: I've lived in Las Vegas for years and am very tired of the local scam-artists pretending to be workers...it is very refreshing to finally have a good honest company around. DamianDouglas did a great job for me...I'd recommend them to anyone!
