    I think they need to re-evaluate the way they do business. Wendy seems a bit shady. It was like she always had something up her sleeve. She is good at smiling, but the sincerity is not there.. I never felt like I was told the truth. I would shop around a bit before choosing Octo. Their prices are ok, but you can find better quality work elsewhere. Trust me, there are better designers out there. Look up some freelancers in Philadelphia. Their quality of work can easily surpass those of Octo.
