    Excessive delay in preparing a take out pizza on a moderate to slow night

    At 6:10 PM last night I called in an pizza order for pickup. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at 6:25 and was told about 10 minutes...no problem...but my order didn't come out until 7:00PM. They weren't very busy so I don't know what the issue was. The server was pleasant enough and did check back to see about the delay but I was not even offered a soda, a discount or a coupon for next time while I stood there waiting for an extra 25 minutes finally get my pizza. The pizza was good enough, but there are other places that are just as good and I never had this problem with them. I seriously doubt I will ever go back.

    Ice Cream Pizza Works is a quaint little shop which provides excellent customer service and DELICIOUS food! Try a specialty pizza such as Chicken Alfredo with fresh spinach and mushrooms. Carol The Cook, along with her family and staff, will make you feel right at home!!!!

    Good NY-style pizza

    I've never had the ice cream, but the pizza is great! NY-style, thick crust, lots of chunky toppings. Reasonably priced (although higher than the national chain pizza stores). Delivery can be very slow, so I recommend eating in or picking it up. They also have good pepperoni rolls and garlic cheese bread!!

    When i first ate at Ice Cream and Pizza Works, the food blew me away and the friendly atomsphere and nice staff topped off the great dinner...i give ICPW a 10!
