My water heater started leaking out the bottom and i didnt know what to do. From the minute I talked on the phone I knew i was in good hands. the plumber came out that day, put covers on his shoes when he arrived and proceeded to check out the problem and explain my options. 2 hours later, I had a new tank completely installed and he even took away the old one. The guy who came out was an older gentleman named Joe. He was very pleasant. He chastised me for not mopping and waxing under the heater. I then made him wait a bit while he had the heater out so i could do just that. When he was done and collecting the money the price did not change from what he originally told me it would cost. That was a pleasant surprise! I would use these guys again but i dont really want to see another plumber for a while.
