CNC Laser Cutting: Steel up to thickness, aluminum up to 3/8 inch thickness, stainless up to 3/8 inch thickness. All cut to precision tolerances, just send us your DXF or DWG file.
Aluminum Plate Sawing: Our aluminum plate saws can cut up to 12 inch thickness and 12 inch long, with precision sawing tolerances are available.
CNC Plasma Cutting: Steel up to 1 inch thickness, aluminum up to thickness, stainless up to thickness
CNC Flame Cutting: Our flame cutting machine can cut up to 6 thick steel plates
Forming: Custom forming to just about any requirement. We can form up to a 10 inch length, depending on material.
CNC Machining: Our experienced operators are capable of machining the most detailed of parts. We specialize in machining all types of material, no minimums required.
Shearing of all types of materials, from stainless steel to copper and brass.
Band Sawing: Cut to length items up to 20 inches across, including rounds, squares and bundles. We can also miter cut up to 60?.
Fabrication: Our in house Fabrication department can offer all types of welding, sawing, punching, grinding, de-burring, notching, and tapping.
