        Welcome! Quality Furniture Rental is a locally owned and operated furniture leasing company that has been serving the Twin Cities metro area for over 25 years. We are dedicated to offering quality products at a great value. At Quality Furniture Rental, you will find brand name furniture that is comfortable, affordable, stylish and sophisticated. Our company has been built around customer service so you know you will be satisfied. History: Doug Mitsch, the owner of Quality Furniture Rental, had worked in the industry 4 years when he saw a niche in the market that was missing- service. He felt that the Twin Cities could use a rental company that cared about the customers' needs so he quit his current job as manager of another furniture rental company and opened Quality Furniture Rental in 1977. Since that day, he has strived to offer a quality product and service at a competitive price. This was what the Twin Cities needed and QFR is now a major competitor with the national chains in this market. QFR now offers a wide variety of services ranging from the rental of one or two pieces of furniture to house wares, electronics and fully furnished corporate apartments through Executive Lodging Inc. Doug Mitsch personally guarantees that you will be satisfied with your experience at Quality Furniture Rental. Q: What is QFR's minimum lease agreement? A: QFR offers short term lease agreements with 3 and 6 month minimums. The lease agreement will continue on a month to month basis after the minimum requirement is fulfilled. Q: Does QFR offer any rental packages? A: QFR understands that relocating can be a very stressful experience and we offer packages to help ease some of the stress. We have Moderate and Deluxe Packages that will accommodate any taste and any size home. Q: Can I pick out my own furniture for rental? A: QFR has a showroom in St. Paul with a large selection of rental furniture that you can choose from to fit your taste and budget. Q: Does QFR offer a rent to own program? A: QFR understands that furniture can be an expensive purchase all at once, so we offer low monthly payment for 24 months to rent to own. Q: What do you need in order to rent furniture? A: To rent with QFR, all that is required is your first month rent plus delivery fee and an approved credit application. Q: How much is QFR's delivery fee? A: On a three month lease the delivery fee is $100.00 and on a six month lease it is $60.00. This includes delivery.

        The customer service is absolutely horrid. The older woman with short hairs demeanor is very unpleasant, very rude in rushing a sale and not considerate at all. I was only reluctant to purchase bc we need a cheap set for now. Will def be reselling our purchase in time. And will never buy from here again. So rude, no customer service at all, and very awkward. Also, instead of having a set w all good pieces, they break up all of their same sets mixing in crappy and good pieces. She wouldn't let me select 2 nice side tables w one nice coffee table when they were the same exact set. Got the items in my car and realize patches on the bottom that is obviously unnoticed inside the store. Very misleading. Do not buy from them.

        found the store has almost everything that you could want. if they don't have it they can find it.

        Found the staff to be extremely friendly and the owner to be most friendly and helpful. He is willing to do anything to help his clients.

        Give it a try, you won't be sorry! I know I wasn't.
