this school looks great but it the toy are not cleaned like they say they are the toys are only cleaned once a month with soap and water and in one of the children's binkies fall on the dirty floor the teachers dont even wash it off they just stick it back in the childs mouth!! Alot of the teachers there are too rough with the children yanking them up by their arms or or grapping them too hard! And the owner os not good with children like she seems! She screamed backed at a child for crying about a childs book she wouldnt let him see!!! I would never enroll my child there after seeing how dirty it is and how abusive!

Primrose is Great!

I started sending my little girl to Primrose Fletcher Heights in June 08 and I think it's been great for her. Though she had regular child care, I was concerned that she needed to spend more time with other children in a learning environment so I enrolled her part time. My 2 year old is far better behaved and more advanced than any of my girlfriends children at this age. She can count, she knows her ABC's and loves to sing nursery rhymes and read books. She's also great at following instructions. My experience at Primrose is that the teachers are caring, professional and truly invest the time and effort needed to see each child succeed. I've also never had any bad experiences with the front office or owner. Everyone is pleasant and happy to help each time I come in or have questions. In addition, I enjoy participating in the different community programs Primrose offers. I don't always have the time to volunteer so it was great to be able to donate blood at the school and participate in fund raisers that generate $$$ for local kids organizations.
I'm a pretty picky mom and did my research prior to selecting Primrose Fletcher Heights. In actuality, there is another Primrose location closer to my home than this one, but I really liked the warm feeling I got when visiting this school. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a jump start on their child���s education.

Primrose School Of fletcher Heights in Peoria Arizona, Owner Heather listened to a private conversation I had with a former teacher. Did not like what she heard. Questioned the kindergarden class with 4 year olds to fill headcount after
many parents pulled kids from this school and enrolled in public schools where they were behind in learning.When all of these children were pull and I spoke Heather about all the negativity in this class,her response was these parents
have nothing better to do then to stand out in the street and complain about this school. I was shocked.It continued to go down from there. When she listened to my private conversation she then told me to remove my child from this school. This was a day before gradudation. When we had her tested to advance to 1st grade in the public school I was warned that many kids who attended this school did not pass test to advance. The education I was promised and paid for was not there. We all were sold a bill of goods from this school. This is in no way a reflection of her teachers. She was cared for and very loved. This is about the owners and front office. When the Public school requested her records, she stated there was and outstanding balance owed and until this was paid she would not send records.
This is violation of AZ STATUTE 15-828 which states they can not withhold records for any reason other then being flagged by law enforcement. Beware when dealing with this school. Its not about the child, its all about headcount.
Do your homework. This is time we can never get back.

If you like presentation, then Primrose of Las Calinas is for you. If your child needs a little more attention than other children, or needs support due to family changes, then Primrose of Las Calinas is not for you. They Do Not RESPECT confidentiality, and are cool toward you and often cross the line in being neutral.

Amazing Difference

My daughter attends primrose and the amount of difference that I saw in her is amazing. They are very respectful and do wonders with the children. She loves going there and I am very thankful for them. It is one of the best daycares I have seen.
