Order gets confirmed but that's it... No sorry somethings back ordered... the dog ate your parts... Larry the net order guy got sick and lost it.... Just limbo without a filled order...
Shouldn't claim to sell what it can't deliver.

Voted most likely place to rip you off! I can't believe this place has the ratings it has. My guess is the manager had employees give it all good ratings. This place is the WORST!! Months ago I brought a bike in for repair, they quoted me 2 weeks and $320 after the time came and went each week they told me another week for 3 months strait and the final price was $680. Turns out it was a simple head problem I could have fixed in an hour myself.
I bet anyone 20$ they will never return any phone call you make. Out of the 4 years I have called them and they have said they will call me back NOT EVEN ONCE have they returned a phone call even after waiting weeks.
A few months ago we went to try to buy a used bike, over the phone the sales person told us an abnormally high price for an older bike, so I figured it must be in good condition, but boy was I wrong! The bike literally had a hole in the side of the head and was spitting out smoke and oil, and he insisted it was probably just an oring (the head was cracked open with a hole at the pipe mount from a bad crash and also had numerous dents and bends in the pipe) It also had flat spots in both wheels and horrible wear, all while being $600 overpriced (on a $1700 bike) The bike was a complete pos. and he wouldn�t let me test ride it before buying it because he knew it.
I went in to buy some radiators for a bike and they said it would be over $400 EACH and I got the same thing off eBay brand new for $260 (and that wasn�t a steal of a deal).
Every time I have gone in there for something simple I ended up standing at the desk while they chatted amongst themselves. My record was 12 mins strait with nobody in front of me. The only reason they will even consider you is if you have money in hand overanxious to buy one of their overpriced new bikes.
This is by far the WORST Bike shop I have ever been to.
Just save yourself, go somewhere else. I got sick of them and now go to other places like Action cycle and another place right beside me. Action cycle treats you like a person not another nameless money bag. The place right down the road from them is good too.
I�ve never met such greedy ripoff artists, but hey, at least they look good taking all your money right?

My husband & I bought a brand new bike from Interstate Cycle and we have been nothing but pleased with the all around service. The group of people there are always willing to answer any questions & lead us in the right direction.

Interstate Cycle is clearly the best motorcycle dealership in the Carolina's. They have a great staff of knowledgeable sales and service professionals. I have purchased motorcycles from other dealers in the Charlotte area, but none of them come close to the family friendly atmosphere that I have experienced at Interstate Cycle. Their great discounts on parts and accessories are unequaled. Recently, while on vacation in Canada, I had a slight problem with my bike and the dealer in Canada had the problem diagnosed incorrectly, however armed with the information from Interstate, the problem was solved. Interstate was right there getting me the information that I needed to have my bike back on the road in less than an hour and a half.

Having owned several bikes and the opportunity to "experience" many dealerships in the Charlotte area, there is no question that Interstate Cycle "gets it" when it comes to customer service. Regardless of whether you are shopping for a new/pre-owned bike, parts or accessories, if you want to feel valued as a customer and treated like a friend, then IC is where you will get the best return on your investment of time and dollars. What separates IC from the rest of the pack is that the relationship goes beyond the point of sale. Don't take my word for it. Stop in and talk with anyone on the sales or service staff and you will see the difference for yourself. Great product lines, great people and great service. It just makes sense.

I have been a customer of Interstate Cycle for the last two years. I own two motorcycles, both customized with there help and expertise. The owner, the management and service I have experienced with this dealership has been fantastic. When I and my friends go there we feel like we are part of a bigger family and not just another customer. There support for the local motorcycle chapters has been second to none. If you are looking for a establishment that is honest and straight forward this is it.

I have been an Interstate Cycle customer for a year and a half, have bought three bikes from them (moving up each time with my abilities), and have spent countless hours with the staff, sales personnel, and service technicians and they are, by far, the best in the area. The sales staff is no pressure (and the finance guys are great!) and very knowledgeable about their products. The parts department is fantastic (Barry and Cody go the extra-extra mile) and always willing to help you find that just-right part(s). And lastly, the service department is abso-freaking awesome! Richard, has a tremendous group of guys in that department who take care of every thing, big and small! Lastly, Bevin is a great help in all aspects of the sale--before and after! There are other shops in the area with a few more bikes, but they also have much more attitude and are completely high-pressure (like some shops on Freedom Drive!). Going there to pick up a friend who had to drop his bike off there and seeing how they treated me and him reinforced what a great bunch of guys that are at Interstate!
Keep it up! I'm almost due for a new bike!

The best customer service anywhere, i have gone to several shops and purchased many bikes. No one can compare to Interstate. They truly care about their customers before, during, and after the sale! I bring my friends there because of the great service. There are three dealerships closer to me, but i go out of my way to Interstate becasue i know I will receive the customer service I deserve. They have not forgotten what makes a good business....Happy customers who come again and again. Thank You Everyone at Interstate for caring about your customers at all times!
