I'm disappointed with this place.

I'm disappointed with this place. It used to be where I go to have my car worked on while I walked the dog for 15-30 minutes, and by the time I get my car back, the windows are clean & floors vacuumed. Well, today. it was business as usual, minus the vacuuming. I just vacuumed the car yesterday, so I know this specifically. I'm no neat freak, but if it's a part of the service, at least make an attempt. Grr, does this mean I have to find another quickie tune-up joint? Hmm.

They did a poor job vacuuming the floors too.

I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years. I usually get the minimum oil change, because my significant other's too lazy to do it otherwise. Last time I went there, yesterday, I paid a whopping total of over $250. Yikes! They did a poor job vacuuming the floors too. Hence the 3*, never mind the skyrocketing charge.
