Terrible Experience

I was rushed through my visit. I don't think the doctor cared at all except for getting out quick. I heard the staff talking before he came into the room about how he lectures out of the country and he was late and had to get to the airport to leave the country. Possibly, I should have gotten a discount since it was a rushed half visit. The medicine was expensive and didn't work. The medicine the next dermatologist gave me worked great and he told me I had been given the wrong diagnosis. Wish I could get my money back. I work much too hard for my money to waste it on an arrogant dermatologist. The office staff gossips more than they are nice.

Long Wait--Did not address all my concerns

I was seen earlier in the year before a holiday. They were busy and I felt rushed through my appointment. I think they just wanted to end the day and go home. I did not feel anyone paid attention to me. They certainly knew one thing......how to charge! I went elsewhere and had better service and felt like they cared about me.
