Fantastic Service - MUCH improved since I was there before

I was recently in the area and stopped into this store because I needed to send something. I was concerned it would be like the last time I had been there 1 1/2 years ago, but the staff has obvioulsy changed and the service I received this time so SO MUCH IMPROVED from the last time I was pretty impressed. This time I felt as though I as the customer was important. When I came in, there were 2 customers ahead of me and only one guy behind the counter, but he made a point of acknowledging me when I walked in and telling me he would be with me shortly. When he finished with the previous 2 customers and got to me, I asked a few questions and he was able to answer them to my satisfaction. He also made very helpful suggestions on how to best handle my transaction. Like I said the service was so MUCH IMPROVED that I felt it important to write this review.
