    Bad company to go thru if u want to be on time

    Cowboy cab company i have used 3 times. I must say they were the worst rides i have ever taken. I only needed a ride 3 miles and 2 out of the 3 times i used "the quality service" i was sitting at work waitin 1 hour to 2 hours after i called. Today was the last straw I called at one and the rep said that it would be 15 mins. and when i called back 45 mins later there wasnt a cab in my area.. why couldnt the "smart rep" tell me that then. like the job is all that hard lookin at a screen and tellin me that they wouldnt be there in 15 mins.. So i called back 10 minutes after that and finally a cab was coming from DFW airport and would be there in 45 MINUTES. 45 minutes. I couldnt believe it. So the cab driver calls me and tells me he is 25 mins away and i ask for a discount since i have been waitin about 1 hour aand a 1/2 at this time.. but NO they dont give discounts.. of coarse not. JUST SOME WORDS OF ADVICE CAB DRIVERS DONT BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU. so of coarse i try to nagotiate and i cant even understand a word that he is saying and i ask him to explain why he cant give me a discount.. oh were indepentant drivers.. he tells me. like i couldnt tell.. so i was like go ahead and come.. so he called me a stupid b*tch and maybe he thought i didnt hear him.. but i did.. i call the owner of cowboy cab and stephanie was very sorry and i respect that .. after what i been through good.. im glad someone cared. thank you stephanie. so he calls again and says he is a minute away and i had a friend come pick me up so after he drove 25 minutes, disrespected, and still had the nerve to call me.. i left and told him i wasnt there to go onto the next.. if you call me a stupid b*tch then ill show him stupid b*tch. I was just lettin everyone know my experience with Cowboy Cab comany. Call them if you wanna wait for 2 hours for a ride. I know i wont ever go through that cab company again. very irritating!!!!!

    BAD DRIVER

    I was driving down the road cabbi was flicking me off, speeding swirving thru traffic. Then when i called to report him the company was stupid enough to tell him i was complaining while i was next to him... he proceeded to follow me to a parking lot and continued to curse me out with my child and other children in the car....I asked to speak to the manager there and was still ignored, left messages and no response

    This cab company is one of the few in Dallas that I would actually take a ride in. The inside is very nice compared to alot of other companies. It's clean, smells good!, and the air conditioners work. Also the cab drivers are very fun to be with. Sometimes they were cowboy hats and are very social. I recommened this company if you ever need a ride.

    When this company does show up, the drivers are nice, but the problem is that they never show up! Every time I have called I have waited at least an hour and have to call the company 3 or 4 times during that hour to find out where the cab is. Last time I ended up having to cancel the cab because I was so late and ended up having to get another ride. When I called the next day for a cab, they continuously hung up on me (I guess angry because I cancelled the night before). Do not call this company unless you are willing to wait over an hour or possibly have them not show up at all.
