    The worst Cabby's Jimmy's cab Drivers .

    Jimmys drivers are rude. I got into one cab and the driver told me to move to the other side of the seat so he could see my face through the mirror. He then asked me to pay him in advance. I am African American so I guess he thought I was broke. Because I am a women I didn't argue. I called to complain and the dispatch simply said he is a new driver. Unexceptable this guy shouldnt be allowed to work on a farm with animals if you ask me!

    i love jimmys cab!!!! i call them all the time to got o my boyfriends house. they guys are really nice and doesnt even cost much. i always get picked up in about 10 mins from my call. i coudl recommend them!!!

    The dispatchers at this cab company has no customer service skills, I actually had to get down right rude with them so that I could get results, to me neither them or their driver could care less if you get to your destination on time, I haven't seen anything like this. I'm definetly gonna try to get a supervisiors name, and let them know how I feel about the service that I'm getting

    tried to use 2 days in a row. First day called 3 times, each time told to call in 20 if no one showed. Noone did after hour and half. called a friend for ride. Next day tried again with identical results, except last call was told there were no available cabs. I asked why wasn't I called and informed, they hung up. unprofessional , uncaring and not worth a call.
