These guys know their stuff! I went to 3 different jewelers, and they were all almost double the price Diamond Vault of Troy gave me. My fiancee loved her ring, and I will go back here in the future. They give you such a low price because they know you will tell your friends!

I sent Tim on a search for some special earrings for my daughter for Christmas and
he found them and couldn't have made her any happier. The customer service and love that he gives to his customers is beyond compare. We are very, very satisfied customers and would recommend him very highly to everyone!!! Thanks Tim!! : )

they go above and beyond to know what you want and make sure that you get what you want. they custom designed a new ring for my wife which turned out SOOO sweet. she loves it and women are ALWAYS complimenting it. their prices are wayyyy better than the mall diamond stores. customer service is great, the prices are very reasonable, and the product is perfect.

My now husband bought my engagement ring and wedding ring through Diamond Vault of Troy. We were both very impressed not only with the customer service, but also the amount of education they incorporated every time we spoke with them. My husband shopped around, and NO ONE could even come close to their price. I have sent all my family and friends to see Tim and Randy and everyone has had a great experience. Highly recommend.

You will be amazed when you do business with Randy & Tim at The Diamond Vault.
They are experts in their field and are so easy to work with.
They take their time with you and give you personalized, friendly service.
I haven't had the quality of service from any store-jewelry or otherwise before.
They explain everything in detail to you whether you are buying or selling.
You actually learn about the object you are selling or deciding whether to buy.
You are not just a customer here.
You feel as if you are a valued friend.
I am not overstating how great they are.
I would encourage you to try a few different jewelry stores out whether you are selling gold or looking for an engagement ring...and then see Randy and Tim.
You will never walk into any other jewelry store again.

Timothy and Randy at Diamond Vault of Troy made my ring buying experience easier, more informed, and less expensive than I was expecting. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didn't want, which is important when you don't know much about buying a diamond ring in the first place. Timothy did a great job of working within my budget, helping me find ways to save money, and answering all my questions along the way. Even after I purchased the ring, I still had one pressing question about it. Timothy wasn't there when I called, but Randy, who I hadn't worked with much at all, took the time to explain in detail the answer to my question, which helped a lot. I went in with zero knowledge of what to look for, and ended up with a ring that my soon-to-be wife is obsessed with and can't stop talking about! Do yourself a favor and don't get your jewelry anywhere else.

My husband and I were shopping around for quite some time for a new diamond. I wanted an upgrade and we had visited several different jewelers from wholesale to retail. We got a wide spectrum of prices and quality. I knew the size of stone I wanted and the quality as well. I was having a difficult time finding the quality I wanted in the stone with the price I was willing to pay. I had actually almost given up when my husband came across Tim and Diamond Vault. He actually went there by himself and was so pleased that he bought the stone without me even seeing it. He was so impressed with Tim's style and knowledge of diamonds and the casual atmosphere there. He was also very impressed with the fact that no one pushes you to purchase. He surprised me with the ring two Christmas' ago and I can't tell you how surprised and pleased I was. The stone is absolutely beautiful and the price and quality outdid every other jeweler we visited. Every time I wear the ring I get compliments. A close friend of mine always wants to try the ring on when she sees it and it and is always complimenting me on it...she always compares the brilliance of my stone to hers and says how hers hardly shines at all... I just say to her...go see Tim!!

Tim at the Diamond Vault of Troy provides customer service that you don't find around anymore. Asking questions, showing many different pieces and spending as much time as it takes to find that perfect purchase. We are customers for life and highly recommend Tim and Randy at the Diamond Vault of Troy.
