I cannot say enough good things about Chariot - after using several different companies in the past for both business and pleasure, I have finally found one that exceeds my expectations EVERY time. The high quality of service provided by Chariot is rare these days. I hope others will do as I have and make Chariot their only company for limo and town car service.

My son was stuck in Portland OR. after having two flights cancelled because of the storm. We really didn't think that he was going to come home for Christmas. It was his first away from home. He finally got a plane out, but only had a few hours to get to the airport. The weather was so bad that he couldn't drive his car. So we called every taxi in town, but no one would even try to get there to take him to the airport. We finally called Chariot Limousine, and they came and got him during the storm and he arrived at the airport on time and was able to make his flight home. THANK YOU so much for making our Christmas!

THERE IS NO ONE IN THE CITY OF PORTLAND I WOULD TRUST MORE!! Pat rescued my elderly parents on the evening of 12/21/08 from their West Linn home in the steep hills above Marylhurst where 10" of snow with 3/4 of an inch of ice on top had stranded them in their house with out power for 5 hours. He accomplished this within an HOUR of my first call to him when no other taxi or limousine service in the city would even answer their phone! This had to be the nastiest night the Portland area has seen in some 25 or more years. He delivered them safely to a hotel in the area making sure they had all they needed until electricity was restored and they could return home. THERE IS NO ONE IN THE CITY OF PORTLAND I WOULD TRUST MORE TO DELIVER MY LOVED ONES TO ANY DESTINATION ASKED. This man is my hero!

Chariot limo is always on time, thinks ahead to accomodate schedules whether a flight is delayed or there are weather issues and has great prices. I have recommended them to several business partners and will continue to do so. The drivers are courteous.

My firm uses Chariot all the time and they are ALWAYS on time. Their cars are clean and their drivers are polite and respectful. I travel a lot and the level of service is not match in Portland or anywhere else in the country. I strongly recommend them.

Use them often in a professional capacity, love the customer service as they are very responsive and always meet our last second requests and never leave us out to dry. They are always prompt for pick ups and even 'hustles' down the highway to get us where we need to be, when we need to be there even when it is our fault we are running late. Would recommend them to anyone need professional car service or limos for fun/social events. They are very helpful and never anything I have to worry about when making plans as they are nothing if not reliable (not to mention very fairly priced when I shopped around).

We will definately be using this company again and highly recommend that you try them out as well. Their vehicles are beautiful and the rates are VERY competitive. I hope to meet Pat on our next limo journey - hopefully to wine country this fall!!!!
Even though we had a late start due to something unforseen by the owner and driver, they quickly acted and took care of our party. In a day and age that customer service is over looked by so many this company has not for gotten the importance at all.
Pat, the owner, whom I have chatted with on the phone was very understanding of the importance of this event for me since we were celebrating my hubby's 40th - he truly made sure we were taken care of. Especailly since the last time I booked a limo (NOT through this company) they did not show....I was a bit limo shy...

This was a last minute reservation for prom and he (Pat) was outstanding to say the least! Best customer service, very professional. Perfect experience during a perfect prom night.
