The Puget Sound Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling & motivational training- packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old work out or gym routine, this adventure is for you. Here's a new approach to fitness and it is fun.
