Horrible Experience

The Bar manager was in charge the night we went and decided about 7:00 or so that business was slow so he let 3 of the 5 kitchen help go home as well as some of the wait staff. When my family arrived @ 7:40pm there were approximately 5 tables of guests and the kitchen was already backing up. By the time we were served 1 hr and 27 minutes later, which I had to send mine back because the order wasn't right, the restaraunt was full and people were complaining everywhere. Our bill was $81.00 and my husband was the only one who could eat their meal. Mine finally came out 10 minutes after I sent it back and it was cold. My daughter and grandson's sliders were unedible. The Bar manager refused to compensate us for the 1hr and 1/2 wait or the bad food. We won't be back. Several other patrons expressed the same sentiments. We also witnessed a disagreement between the manager and another guest about what they would said they would not pay for.
