Bad Attitude

I asked to use a coupon, the person said it did not apply there. So I asked for a combo to go for exactly what the coupon said and then she said they cann't serve that combination of chicken? (weird). The part that really made me mad was when I asked for 2 packets of honey and she made the point of saying "Honey is REALLY expensive" we dont hand them out unless you ask (like I care about their policies)

Very Rude Service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was craving KFC so I went to have a meal with my daughter. We were from out of town. The service was very RUDE. The cashier gave me the wrong food. I told her that I did not order it because I did not like green beans. She was rude and replied, THAT IS WHAT YOU SAID YOU WANTED. She fixed the order with a bad attitude. I asked for a manager. SHE was the manager. I contacted customer service via their website, because they refused to give me a complaint number. I never heard back from the company. I am now boycotting KFC!
