    This company pratices deceptive practices. They not only hold on to you CC information. They use it Months after you rent from them, Call you and, say they forgot to add fees. Fees you did not agree to at the time of rental. This is a warning to anyone using them. DON'T....There is a criminal investigation pending against this establishment for fraud. anyone who feels they have been otherwise scammed by them will be contacted. respond to this message.     I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! I NEEDED A CHEAP CAR FOR THREE MONTHS. A PLUS RENTALS GAVE A 2007 TOYOTA COROLLA FOR ONLY $408.69 GREAT DEAL NOBODY COULD MATCH THIS PRICE. THE GUYS THERE HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE CAR & PRICE! P.S. THEY EVEN GAVE A RIDE BACK TO MY HOUSE IN LA JOLLA, CA. THANK YOU, A PLUS!!!!

    VERY BAD SERVICE

    My son rented a car from them for about a month. Each week someone was calling him to tell him to bring in money to pay for the rental. The term was suppose to be on a monthly basis. When he called the location where he rented the car that person would tell him yes okay to the agreement. Then later that day a women would call with different information and tell him if he did not come and pay the amount she told him they would report the car as stolen. Then when he decided to turn in the car he called and talked to a women and she told him the car needed to be turned in a 9 am and he told her it would be around 10 or so before he could get there would that be a problem and she told he no. When we get there a little after 10 we had to wait about 45 min because they were busy and the guy tells my son he may have to pay for a whole day because he was late and he told her he spoke to a woman and she said he would not. Then the next day no phone call from the company about the charge they just automatically charged a additional $75 for the extra day even though the daily rate was quoted at a lower rate. What kind of practice is this. You say you have good rates but you add additional charges on the bill that were not discussed at the time of the rental. Very Bad service.

    the coustomer rented a car by the week, so every week coustomer needs tocome in for an additional week, if the coustomer keep the rental car for 4 week the coustomer needs to come and renew his contract if the coustomer refuse to come and renew tha contract the car can be report stolen.never the less it looks like this is a third party information, we can not even find them on the system no name no phone number no rental contract number please mention this avertismen for one week rental recive 1 day free.... - frank
