Recently I developed a aching shoulder that had a knot that no one could help me relieve. My pain was increasing and then I had headaches . I was afraid to let anyone help. My sister is a huge fan of all Bellagio services. I did not have a refferal, yet the front desk receptionist really listened to my request (problem). She placed me for a massage with Shannon.The spa @ Bellagio is beautiful , clean, and super relaxing. She was very confident and also really took an extra interest in helping get me relief. I am 80% better . I booked my next appointment with Shannon...next we are doing hot stone to relieve my stress and anxiouty. I now understand why my sister loves Bellagio! The quality of people there to give the best service possible customized to really relax your mind & body! Thank you Shannon! Thank you Bellagio!HRutchland

Great mens facial

My girl friend has been going to Bellagio for about a year. She kept telling me I should go get a facial. I thought I was too mucho for getting a facial,but I finally had a facial by Angela. I really did not know what I missed all my life. She knows a lot about skin and recomended some serum for my skin which has made huge difference. Now, I am totally hooked on monthly gentlemen's facials. I look younger and better than ever. The spa is in a very nice shopping center with a lot of parking spaces!

i was just referred by my friend to MS. Angela for "THE BEST FACIAL EVER". and my friend was so right. Ms. Angela really cares about how you feel while receiving the facial and is very knowledgeable about what she does. i can hardly wait for my next treatment with her. THANK YOU! YOU ARE THE BEST! MY SKIN IS LOOKING BETTER EVERY DAY! everyone is noticing the improvement too.

I recently went to Bellagio sap and salon to get my hilites done by Jennifer. She was wonderful! So professional, friendly, attentive. She did such and amazing job.. I have received so many compliments. The salon in general is gorgeous.. and staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend this salon! I will be back.. I LOVE my hair!!!

Torn between average and fabulous

If this review was based on first impressions it would not be a good one. A couple months ago I moved to the Orchard Hills area and based on the CitySearch reviews I went in to get some information about Bellagio's services... and the older woman behind the desk acted like she could not be bothered to answer my questions and shoved a brochure at me before she blew me off to walk outside and talk on her cell phone. I was apalled at the front desk's customer service and figured the rest of the place was the same if not worse!!!
A couple weeks later I was desperate for a haircut so despite my previous experience I decided to pop in and see if anyone was available. Different day, different receptionist, COMPLETELY different experience. The girl at the front desk was very patient with me and answered all of my questions in detail. She brought me tea while I waited and also gave me water when I left. I explained the kind of hair I have and what I was looking for and she recommended Ashley to me and what a doll she turned out to be! I walked out of there with the best hairdo (and since then have gotten just as amazing color done too)! The receptionist also recommended Angela for facials and I could not speak any higher praises about her. What a sweet woman who really takes the time to nurture her clients!!
Now I look forward to my relaxing quiet Sundays at Bellagio. It's a gorgeous and accessible facility. I always get a warm reception when I come in and mixed with top of the line services...I couldn't ask for anything better, and within walking distance too!

Best spa in the OC

I found this place on Citysearch and after watching the video had to go. I had the best Massage ever. I highly recomend it. Beautiful decor, very relaxing. Very personable staff. I forget the girls name who did the massage but she was great. Just ask the receptionist who she recomeneds and she will hook you up.

I get everything done at Bellagio! My hair, eyebrows and massages! Everyone is always so nice and I feel so relaxed when I'm there. Lety is amazing with my eyebrows. They have never looked better. I have sent all my friends here and they are all just as happy as I am.

I just recently had a facial at the spa and it was wonderful. i have gone to so many spas all over the world and this spa was by far one of the best. it was so relazing and i was glowing after. The salon/ spa is very clean and has a great sense of style. you should try it out.

Great Facials From Lety

I just received the best facial (Gentlemen Facial) in my life from Lety at the Orchard Hills Spa. My wife recommended Lety, as she has been a client of hers for over 6 years. Lety worked at Newport Spa that is no longer open. She has incredible hands and is so sweet. I was so relax after my treatment, it felt as if I had received a full body massage. The mens locker room, which includes a steam room, is a bit small but very nice. It's a long drive for me, but well worth it.
