I have called Stad's service many times in the past and have always been treated very courteously at all times. I have always been treated very pleasantly on the phone. I do understand that the person that sometimes answers the phone is hard of hearing and that you need to talk clearly and slowly for him. My experiences have always been great and I will continue to use his service. Sorry you feel this way about the service you received. Please try again be considerate.

Over the last year I have called this company at least five times for different occassions to schedule a limo. Everytime I am met with a rude coarse voice. The subject, who I will not give his name, is either rude, mad, or busy. I have been asked to call back several times and treated rudely on others. My only conclusion is that his company feels they don't need to make a good impression on potential customers because they are one of the few services like this in the area. Chris Iowa City,IA
