They have the worst customer service

After being a loyal cutomer for at least 3 years. I forgot to call one time cause a family member died and I forgot plain and simple. I had once before a long time ago and had no problem they just deposited the loan check in my bank account and got their money, no problem. This time I came in to get a new loan after the fact and they never even called my home, they contiuned to say they had left messages on a cell phone I had already told them was turned off. They wanted me to refill out all the paper work and show proof of everything again. I'm sorry but when you have an emergency you should not have to deal with all all this too. I'm sure I'm not the first person they have done wrong, when you arrive at there Almaden store the doors are locked and you have to show I.D. to enter. I went to Sacramento once to get a loan and they had to take, no joke hours to transfer everything and then told me after my years of being a costumer that they had no job history for 3 years and would not give me a loan. I was very conserened where my information just disapeared to. Any how after all the drama. I get payday loans with California Check Cashing, they are awesome. No junk or paperwork you have already filled out if you don't call.
