Our mission is to educate others so they can take charge of their health. We do this through one-on-one consultations, seminars, 12-week classes, and through the use of our website.

We work primarily in the Seattle and Everett area but we can provide consultations and individualized classes via the telephone.

We are dedicated to helping you find a better way to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle which can extend your active and disease-free years well beyond average. Everything we teach or recommend is based on hard science and clinical trials.

Sebring Total Wellness was started in 2006 with a very different direction in mind. Our parent company, Market America, has over 10 different business opportunities to specialize in.

Leanna and I have both found our primary interests and passions and fortunately, they are complementary to each other.
