Extremely rude!

First let me say I ended up receiving adequate care at this location from the nurse practitioner, but the assistant was bad enough to make me never come back! Right away I could tell she was a rude person or just having a bad day. She was too incompetent to read the info on my insurance card and actually sent me away from the clinic telling me I wasn't covered. I could write on and on about how rude and inappropriate she was, but bottom line is she caused me alot of grief and made it unnecessarily difficult for me to get the care I needed while giving my husband and I attitude the whole time. BTW after multiple phone calls to representatives from my insurance and Take Care verifying they accepted my insurance, she still snipped at me for about the 10th time, "well we can't guarentee you'll be covered". Surprise...it was.
