Falcon Brewing Company was founded by Rick Kane and Jason Deese in early 2007. They collectively combined 14 years of home brewing experience as well as numerous recipes for fine handcrafted ales. Falcon Brewing Company has enjoyed supplying the Parker and Aurora areas with their fine beers. Opening in September 2008, they have been welcomed with open arms by the community. Proud to be Parker's only Brew Pub, they invite you to join them for lunch or dinner daily and try their always changing 6 brewed on site beers on tap.
At Falcon Brewing Company we pride ourselves in using fresh ingredients and sides to compliment our high quality ales and fun atmosphere.
Join us for Happy Hour Monday - Friday from 3pm to 7pm.
Ladies Night every Wednesday 5pm to 9pm
Sunday is Sports Day at Falcon Brewing Company from 11am to 9pm.
