I cant believe that i finally feel at ease by taking my 94 mercedes in for the regular service. The moment that i arrived by a friends recommendation, i was blown away. The service department was awesome, and saved me about 400.00 . Why would anyone go the the dealer for the same work and with a longer warranty.

Came with a problem that was very difficult to find, but these stuck to thier guns and found it and fixed it. Cant tell how good it feels to find some one who really cares about you and sincerly wants to help.

Smog Check

I took in my 2000 Chevy Astro for a smog check using their early bird drop off service. I went during lunch to pick it up and everything was done. Smog check completed, certificate E-transfered to DMV. I walked in paid for service and walked out in less than 5 minutes. Easiest smog check I've ever done. You guys ROCK!!!!

Friendly service managers but...pricey.

The service managers are friendly and accomodating. ACA provides transprotation to and from this location, when your car is repaired. They also charge top dollar and may sell you something that you may not need. I had a second opinion from another garage and for the same repair saved over half of what ACA charges. Even an estimate from a dealership for the same repair was less in price.

ACA has the best service in town. I recently took my car in because I heard a weird noise coming from my engine compartment and couldn���t figure out what the problem was. The guys at the desk were more then helpful and even gave me a ride home in there complementary shuttle while they diagnosed my car. Come to find out my fan belt was about to break. I recommend everyone to ACA for quality service.

Long Time Happy Customer

I live very close to this location in Long Beach and have been taking my family's vehicles, friends vehicles and my trucks here for over 10 years. ACA has always had quick service and talented personel working for them! Lond Beach and my family are lucky to have an honest Auto repair shop right in our backyard. Highly recommended with a decade of positive experiance to back it.

SCAM/RIPOFF

TOOK TRUCK HERE,AFTER JUST HAD IT DIAGNOSE AT DEALERSHIP, TRIED TO SAVE MONEY, THEY SAID THEY DIAGNOSE MY TRUCK, AFTER, I FOUND TAMPERING IN THE ENGINE LOST SCREWS, UNTIGHTED BOLTS AND NO STRAIGHT ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM TO FIX THE ENGINE, BUT TOLD ME THEY CAN REBUILD FOR 4,000 DOLLARS TOP END 1400.00 NOT GUARANTEEING THAT IT WAS THE PROBLEM. TAKE YOUR CAR SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
