    think before you decide. big scam

    When i contacted the district attorney, that its been almost two years and i have yet to receive my container, they responded by sending a letter to the company and began an investigation. On December 7th 08 i heard back from them. They share with me that while they would need several more cases like mine to have this scam shot down, they are heading in that direction. If you are interested in joining 3 former clients whole lost in excess of thousands of dollars by this scam company air 7 seas please contact me privately. They will tell you one thing and do another, once you want to take them to court you will need to be ready to pay thousands of dollars.

    This company is incompetent and downright scary. Although they have a B+ rating at the Better Business Bureau you can see that they also have 27 complaints over the last 36 months. They quote very low to draw you in, but then extra charges are added throughout and your goods are handled with incompetence and neglect. They quoted 8 hours of packing for my move, but are trying to charge me for 23. They also are charging me for $1250 in materials expenses, but I provided the bulk of the materials for less than $200 and they have not provide receipts or expenses to justify their costs. I visited their warehouse and found my goods in disarray, unlabeled, and it was difficult to tell what belonged to me and what belonged to other customers. It also appeared that they were using some of my personal goods for work in the warehouse. I found one of my ladders open in the corner of the warehouse as if it was being used. If you do have problems they are difficult to deal with, defensive, and almost impossible to reach. Scary if you are doing an international move and have no local contacts. I am considering legal action if they do not return my goods. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau and am considering contacting several local news agencies.

    Air7Seas Fraud!

    Air7Seas Fraud! I paid Air7Seas to deliver a shipment for me. They gave me a delivery date of August 14, 2008. Over 3 months later (November 16, 2008) I have still not received my shipment which is sitting at port. Despite what the Bill of Lading, every email, and other official document says, they refuse to deliver my shipment to my residence. I will have to pay an additional $1000.00 to get my shipment. I have now discovered numerous other complaints about this company online. They will promised you anything, but once they have your money they ignore you and refuse to answer emails or phone calls.
