Fixed a problem, caused a bigger problem

I hired Paul at Gutter Getters to install a new gutter. I paid him $75 to check and secure a loose gutter on the front of my house. A year later, the gutter fell off and now I need to purchase a new one. The gutter was held in place with nails and coming loose. Paul at Gutter Getters put a screw in one end of the loose gutter, but he somehow failed to walk 15 feet and secure the other end with screws also. I called him after the gutter fell and his attitude was "That's your problem, lady." I asked him why he didn't screw in the other side knowing it was attached by nails and he claimed that it looked secure enough. I think he knew that eventually it would fall off, as it did, and I'd have to buy another one. I told him that if he would get the gutter, I'd pay his cost and he should install it. He declined. "Screw you, lady."
