    I was trying to call FastFrame to get prices for reframing and matting several pictures for my resturant. After calling and getting hung up on for almost five minutes I was completly irate. As an expert on customer service I could not believe that an individual would behave this way. I have over one hundred employees and if any of my employees behaved this way they would not be with my company any longer. I thought about just not calling after the third hang up, however, I have a very light work week and wanted to give this individual a piece of my mind. It was so ridiculous that after the sixth or seventh time I called she no longer even answered the phone "Thank you for calling FastFrame" she would simply answer the phone, giggle, then hang up. I guess after enough persistance she decided that I was not going to let her watch her soap or do her nails or whaterever else she was doing that was taking up her time so that she could not do her job so she actually stayed on the line. When I told her I had been calling and getting hung up on and wanted to know who was answering the phone. She tried to recover by saying their was no one on the line the last couple of times. This may have been a good excuse except for the fact that I never even got out my full name before hanging up. I would never use FastFrame even if they were the best framers in the world. This company needs to make sure that thier employees understand that the customer comes first or they will soon realize that they will not have many customers for long!!!

    At Fast Frame Knoxville, TN they have a large selection of frames and mats to choose from. Whatever you are looking for they probably have something that works with your decor. Prices vary depending on what you decide but even people with a small budget can find something that fits their price range. They are very fast and friendly at this location and the quality of work is exceptional. I have brought in everything from posters to local artist paintings and have had a lot of success going here. In the past I have taken art to big box retailers and even tried another local framer and hands down Fast Frame of Knoxville is the number one choice for all my framing needs!

    Great service, and work. I've been going there for years, it is a family owned and operated business who treats you like family. They offer a 30 day design guarantee and lifetime craftmanship guarantee on their work, if you are not happy they will change it, no questions asked. I wouldn't use anyone else.
