Bad Customer Service

I was looking for to buy a container and called to ask for a quote and nobody seemed to be motivated to talk to me. I talked to three different people all together. After I asked for the opening hours and found out that they are open only from Mo-Fr I requested an appointment for Saturday to look at some containers. In a rude way the guy said: " I am just making 50 Bucks with it. It is not worth to come out here on a Saturday", and hung up the phone.
Congratulations! You made it on my personal black list and I will never call you and ask for a price again.

New representative every time I call in!

First of all, this company can't hold onto good sales people or managers if their life depending on it! They had a horrible manager their by the name of Jared, who didnt know anything! Then they sent this other guy who used to be a sales person in that branch. The only one who could figure out billing, and get me my deliveries when I need them, then they lay him off 6 months later! They keep changing my sales person, then I come in contact with a former sales rep, and he tells me because of the merger they went through, they are in no position to retain customers, and if upper management doesnt like you, they get rid of you. I've worked with many companies before, and I understand all that, however when you need a supplier to come through at the right time, and they don't show for two days, then they try to bill you when you refuse the deliver, you've got a problem. I never get a person when I call and I never get treated like a customer who has done over 100K with them! Go to Modspace or Eagle leasing, they care about their customers and show it!

I find it funny that this is the only company with reviews in the category. I also find it suspicious that all of the positive glowing reports seem to come in groups....some company directive to drive the ratings come out? It is my experience that they don't live up to their hype; nice marketing but an average experience at best. They lost my order then a day later the driver shows up with an attitude and hey lets face it....it's a container. I'm looking some place else...maybe a good local USA owned company.

I have used Mobile Mini on several different occasions and have always had a positive experience. Their containers are extremely secure and come in various sizes depending on what you need. The last container I rented was used for temporary residential storage during a remodeling project. The best part was the container was delivered to my location so the whole experience was very painless and convenient. Their prices are competitive and I’ve always had great service. They make it easy to rent a container so I will definitely use them again in the future!

...just when I thought my Storage Container company couldn't get any better

For years, I've had a Mobile Mini storage container in the back of my house for storage of my vintage clothing. I operate an ecommerce store and found mobile mini's containers to be the perfect accommodation for my inventory needs. I live in an Ohio Village and there are strict regulations about large containers on your property. When it comes to every other storage container company, zoning regulations quickly ruled them out due to appearance. The Mobile Mini container I use fits right in... looking sharp as ever, even through all of the harsh winters!! being a loyal Mobile Mini customer, this awesome company has rewarded me in may ways. For example, I had briefly mentioned to my Mobile Mini representative that my neighbor had her shed broken into and the very next day, he came out an installed their patented locking system without hesitation nor request. I will forever be an advocate of Mobile Mini and their customer service!

I agree with the fellow below. I called Mobile Mini to ask them about their prices. And they had me waiting in the phone for a while. The same lady would keep answering avery other minute and she would tell me every time to hold on please, that someone would be with me any minute. But nobody ever picked up the phone. I just ended up hanging up. That's not good at all for a company that praises themselves and who has been around since 1980s..

I used Mobile Mini on my construction site, the delivery was late, the driver was unprofessional and when the project finished it took them 3 weeks to pick it up. i would not recommend their services nor will i ever use them again. the person that i spoke with on the phone to get the thing picked up was extremely rude and unprofessional. the worst experience of my career in dealing with a supplier.
