i booked 3 hotel rooms with hotes.com for a pet friendly hotel. after asking the rep. 3 times to call the hotel and she refused i called the hotel myself and asked if the accepted pets and the hotel said no. i then told the rep. to cancel the reservation and to refund me my money after waiting on the phone for 4 hours $500.00 short of money. having to call back many times to speak to a supervisor because they kept disconecting the phone call this conversation was with simon and tess. i had to call back after i returned from my trip was on the phone for another almost 2 hours with a supervisor named shana. she told me that my reservation was never cancelled and that it would take up to 30 days for my money to be refunded to me. i will never use this service again. i am also putting a complaint to the bbb, will seek legal actions.

booked a trip this last week after checkout i got my reciept from the hotel my room charges were 329.00 while hotels .com charged me 447.00 after calling india to get customer service i was told i would get a credit to use towards other hotel.com reservations for 80.00 and that was it i could not use there price match guarantee to get a refund on the charges. and was hung up on

Actually the site is only as good as the people providing the review for each hotel. You get what you pay for sometimes.

Definitely do not use their service. I cancelled well within the time limit, not only did they not refund the 113.02 to my acct., someone from the company used my credit card to make some additional purchases. Call the hotels direct!!!!

They're so unorganized. This was my first time going to vegas and I was to be married that day. I actually booked a one night stay at the Tropicana or so I thought when i got to the hotel after my wedding they said they hadn't received the reservations when i called they said that my reservations were not for the tropicana and that they were for another hotel they had given me the wrong address and reservations.

When considering hotels, this site has provided a list of available hotels in an area. A negotiated nightly rate which is clearly indicated is almost always lower than if booked directly. However, users should call the hotel to confirm special requests such as non-smoking roomd.
