    can get most of their pet meds cheaper locally but I am also in a rural area that has quite a few vets that are competing against each other since their is so many farm animals also.

    I'm sure their service is fine but you can buy the same flea treatments cheaper at your local store (Adventure Pets is one) so why buy online?

    I don't know how good this site is, but I was thinking of trying it several times. I'd heard good things about it from one person, and nothing bad anywhere else. However, today this site spammed my email inbox. I hate unethical advertising, and I really hate spam, so I am much less likely to try it now. They are too aggessive, and their intrusive advertising indicates that they may not be a good business. I will probably continue to buy my cats' medicines from the vet, or possibly a pet store. To anyone reviewing and considering shopping at 1800PetMeds, be aware that they have no qualms about intrusively and irritatingly spamming unsuspecting people with annoying emails (and I am sure that they do not even know whether or not I have a pet, so they are spamming at random, even non-pet owners). If you have a problem with aggressive, intrusive and unethical advertising and the companies that must resort to those practices, think twice about purchasing from PetMeds.

    This site was very helpful and certainly cheaper than our vet. However, be aware that, as in our case, when you order certain medicines (like heartworm meds for dogs) that your vet may block the transaction and require a checkup before you can order. Always good experiences for us.

    This was the first time that I used them. I was confused at first on how to order a specific script online, however, when I called them, they were great. They were very helpful and the script came in 5 business days. I will use them again, as they were a lot cheaper than the vet.

    Good service, easy to work with. The process for ordering meds was clear and simple. Faxed the order from my vet, they confirmed the prescription, and it came quickly. It was a good experience and saved me almost 50% off the vet's price. Not that the vet was enthused, but it was gvery ood for us.

    Terrible customer service!!! They sent me the wrong medicine 5 times!!!!! I'm not kidding! They wouldn't talk to me after the fifth time either. They said there must be something wrong with the vets prescription and I should take it up with my vet. So I called my vet and it turns out they never even called them for the prescription! My vet informed me that it's illegal for them to be sending me medicine without a prescription and I'm not the only one they've done that to. I will never use this company again. They are only selling medicine they don't care about the pets or their owners!!!

    Has a lot of products. Prices are a little high but to be expected in a store that caters to animals.
