Unhappy customer

I used Dotster for 3 months and hated every minute of it! Too many steps for everything, including cancelling. The customer service (email) was often slow and it usually did not help. I recommend looking elsewhere. I'm happy with the 2 hosts I use now, Host Gator and 1 & 1.
