    it says right on the website "Please leave your info, and one of our paralegals will call you shortly to help you explore solutions to your credit problems." instead it was a sales person who advised me "this is not legal advice", then I was given over to someone else who said the paralegal will email and call me. But after seeing the ratings on here and looking at the better business bureau (there was no info). So, I just canceled, i've heard too many bad stories with these companies. when I called to do so I reached a call center who asked if I received a welcome call. But they cxled me the same day with no problem. It just didn't seem right all the extra work they want you to do and they started off not holding true to their statements. Proceed with caution if you go with these guys.

    Do to the horrible and pushy customer service rep, I will and would not ever go with this company. Everything sounds scripted.

    This company makes you do all the work while they hardly do anything. Yet you still have to pay them. Make sure you want to do this before you hit that confirmation button because they will keep your money even if you change your mind after a few days. They are not flexible and bad customer service.
