Our group vacation

Our group of 7 recently went to The Royal Resort in Playa del Carmen. We booked our trip last August through Ultimate All-Inclusive and could not have asked for better service. Not only were they helpful in finding exactly what we wanted when first researching the options for our vacation, but Sharon and Geoff were SO patient with all of us calling in at different times to line up rooms, pay deposits, and double check our travel documents. They also kept us up to date and answered all of the questions we had during the swine flu scare in May. The service we had was outstanding and I am already in talks with our group about booking a trip through Ultimate again next year!

Thank you so much for all of your help in booking my vacation. It was my first time going through an agent....and...you were the first agent I picked from off yellowpages.com....so how about that?
I didn't feel the need to go anywhere else when I automatically knew from the first time I talked to you that you knew what you were talking about. You were very helpful with explaining the hotels and the resorts as well as the nightlife.
Your services...were very much appreciated....

Our destination wedding to Couples Swept Away was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The people, the atmosphere, the beach, the lack of stress on our big day. Our entire group loved it. It was perfect!Francine--you're the best-thanks!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Gran Bahia Principe in Jamaica for five days and had the time of our lives. Our agent Sharon Millar was always checking in with us and was most helpful during the whole booking process. Great deals and even better service. Thank you Ultimate!
