Terrible Service

I have never been treated so poorly from any service related company in my life. I brought it to the attention of the manager and owner that a particular cleaning job left counters dirty, shelves dusty, floors unswept and cleaning supplies left strewn around the condo. I was told that someone would be back to redo the job the next day, I even had a manager come by to survey the work and she agreed that it was terrible. I left the next day and the bookeeper confirmed that a maid would be by and would lock up behind her. Not only did she not come to fix the job but the owner never returned my calls. I have left 4 messages as of recent and still havent heard back. What is odd is that they insisted on fixing the job and the owner told me that she wanted to make sure all work was reflective on her reputation and they went and did the exact opposite! I will never use this company again.
