Shelley International was established in 1990. Since its formation, the company has worked a wide range of companies including developmental stage, distribution, small manufacturing, internet, oil and gas exploration, educational computer software, CD recording, and Mexican companies.
Mr. Shelley is a graduate from Brigham Young University with a BS in accounting. He received his Arizona CPA license in 1981.
Mr. Shelley is a member of ASCPA, AICPA, Center for Public Company Audit Firms, and COPAS (accounting association for oil and gas industry).
Mr. Shelley is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
