    A technician went out to my mother's house on 2/19, my mother is elderly and hard of hearing she stated the technician was very nice and took the time to explain everything to my mother. The washer is working great and the cost was reasonable, I will definately recommend A-1 Appliance to anyone, thank you

    Thank you for coming out on a Sunday to repair my Subzero refrigerator, I was very upset when I opened the freezer door and it was warm, the person over the phone was great and got a technician to come out within the hour, I couldn't ask for better service.

    I called sears to come out and repair my refrigerator they were booked for 2 weeks and the techs dont even carry parts. A-1 came out right away and tech fixed it right there and then. Very pleased with this company and experienced techs that i wouldnt mind using them again thank you very much.

    I have been using this company for 2 years now, im happy to say that i have been very pleased. They definitely know exactly what they are doing every single time and wouldnt think of switching companies.

    I recommend A-1 Appliance Repair, they came out on Sunday and repaired my Refrigerator. I was impressed the technician was very helpful and explained the cause of the problem and the cost of the repair, the price was very reasonable and the repair was quick, I didn't have to sit around all day waiting which was a plus for me. Thanks again

    Very pleased with service, they came out as soon as possible to work on my refrigerator. The tech was very professional and knew what he was doing. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of service!! Price on repairs are based on national price guide book not just by anyone!!!

    We had a problem with our washing machine and described the problem with the technician on the phone. He was able to assess the problem over the phone as being a problem with the transmission and said it would cost as much to repair the washing machine as it would cost for a new one. I appreciate the honesty and the time and hassle it saved me.

    A-1 came out to repair my Subzero Refrigerator, I just want to tell everyone that it was a very pleasant experience, reasonable pricing, arrived on time. I was very happy with the repair. A-1 actually came out and repaired my washer about a year an a half ago and my neptune washing machine is still working great. Thank you
