It is one of the nation's oldest and largest hospice providers and has never accepted payments from patients or limited access to the full scope of hospice care. We have a single passion and focus: Hospice. We were there from the beginning of the hospice movement in the United States and will be there for you and your family when hospice services are needed.

  • Hospice of Arizona Medicare Patients never see a bill for our services

  • There are 5 In-Patient Units with Private Rooms available in the Phoenix Metro Area, Scottsdale, Phoenix-South Central, Peoria and Sun City West

American Hospice interdisciplinary teams-including physicians, nurses, nurse aides, pharmacists, social workers, spiritual care counselors, bereavement counselors, volunteers, and support staff-share a mission to fundamentally transform the process of dying. They accomplish this mission every day by delivering quality hospice care through a collaborative approach.

Hospice of Arizona has 4 levels of hospice care:

  • Routine home care, provided at home, assisted living, group home or nursing home

  • Inpatient care
