Miller Pipher, Inc. is a residential real estate appraisal firm, formerly known as Sue Miller & Associates. We have been in business for 23 years in the Maricopa County area and are approved at hundreds of lending establishments. Currently, our staff of appraisers has over 50 years of cumulative experience in residential appraisal work with a solid and well-known reputation throughout the industry. Sue Miller is a past President of the Phoenix Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has served the Arizona State Board of Appraisal on case reviews.
