    I am from out of town and I was in charge of renting the limo. I asked some of my friends in OKC and they told me about Paris Limos. I called and bookedwith no problems. There were 13 girls for a party and we had some sort of SUV limo that was very very nice. It was very clean and smelled great. Our driver was extreamly nice and helped us with anything we needed. We were demanding and he took care of everything for us. He was cute so that didn't hurt either. His name was Bryan and I would request him if I come back in town and get a lime. I'm sure my girlfriends will be using him soon. Anyway I guess I made my review longer then it needed to be.

    A group of my girl friends and I rented from Paris for a girls night out last Saturday. For starters we paid WAY too much for the 2004 Excursion that was provided because the sound system kept cutting off and the rubber seal around the door we exited kept falling. This faulty seal caused one of the girls to fall and she ended up breaking a bone in her foot. At 11:30pm our limo broke down, for the FIRST time outside the Skryvin Hotel in downtown OKC for about 45min. The driver then decided that we needed to get gas, and drove to the Circle K across from Bass Pro Shops where the limo broke down for a SECOND time. Thats when we had the joy of meeting the "owner" of Paris. Instead of being extra nice to us because of the broken down limo he was VERY VERY rude to us. He ended up calling the cops and changed his story in front of the cops. We were not compenstated in the least bit for the trouble we were put through that night, instead they brought a party bus to take us all home with the rudest driver I have ever had. A limo party that was supposed to conclude at 2am did not end until 4am. We will never use this company again, and we are reporting them to the BBB. I URGE YOU DO NOT USE PARIS!!!! Because if you have ANY problems they will only be rude and not compenstate!

    Business Response

    Paris Limousine did everything within reason to accommodate this client and her party. The limousine did break down, but Paris did provide a BETTER vehicle to accommodate this party to insure the client got home safely. It took an extra 3 hours to get the client and ALL her friend’s home, which they were not charged for. The police were called to assist the driver and the owner with the intoxicated clients who of which refused to pay for the service. We are sorry the situation was taken to this level, but like we stated earlier we as a company did everything to accommodate this party. In the limousine business we see this too often, clients just wanting a free ride. - Noah

    I used this limo service for my junior prom. The lime was awesome, so clean and tidy. Our driver Mr. Bob was one of the nicest guys a person could ever meet. All in all i give these guys a 10.

    After reading the review below it made me very apprehensive to go with Paris Limousine but my friend highly recommended them so i decided to just go with it. I went and looked around at some showrooms in the metroplex and i was the most please with the limos i saw at Paris. I reserved the Limousine for my parent's 50th anniversary and they could not have had more fun! So this was a great choice. I'm sorry the person who didn't have an amazing experience as us!!

    I reserved a stretch limo for 8:30 pm for my wedding. I prepaid by credit card over the phone. They called and confirmed the reservation several days before the wedding. But after the ceremony when it was time to get in the limo, 8:40, we couldn't find it. I called the driver and he said he had been waiting for 15 for us and didn't see us so he left. I was furious and told him to turn around immediately. He said I better act nice or he wouldn't pick us up. I then called the headquarters and they told me the same crap. Eventually the driver picked us up only to get us the reception 45 late and left with no tip. This place is horrible and has no concept of customer service. Everyone I talked to was rude. Don't rent from these people.
