I contacted this company June 25, 2009 for insurance quotes, and spoke with one of their agents I wont name names. I called them back July 2, 2009 to follow up and see where my quotes were at and was told the agent was out of the office until Tuesday, understandable because of the holiday. I waited and called back July 8th and the receptionist was told by the agent to take my name and number and they would call back well 2 days went by and they never called back. I called again and was told by the agent this time that he was waiting on somethings for our commercial quotes. So I called back again July 15th and asked to speak with the agent to find out where our quotes were, the receptionist told me that the agent was on the other line and would have to call me back. Guess what the agent never called me back so again today July 17th I called to follow up and the agent is unavailable until Monday. My advice is if you need a quote in s certain amount of time don't pick these foke's, if you don't want to be dragged around again don't pick these foke's.
