I use them routinely for rental property. They're OK. Unlike some others that I've read about, they are not 'rip-off artists'. I've found a plumber who is far better than Bob & Marc (quality & price) but who is a sole practitioner and thus not always available. On a scale of 1 - 10, 10 being best: Availability (as in, we can be there in 24 hours): 7 Showing up as promised: 5 Completeing the work in a timely fashion: 4 Price: 5 Craftsmanship (not only doing good work, but doing the work without damaging your property): 4

Service when i needed it!

The office staff are excellent. Technician came out and were very professional. Did what they said they would for the price they quoted. He was knowledgable and friendly
