    Poor Customer Service

    Purchased home owners insurance for mobile home through this company, a year ago, depending on there expertise to take care of my needs. One year later I find out after the hurricane, I had no contents coverage which I asked for it and was only covered for fire only, no wind or hail damage. Not customer orienated at all, actually I called recently(9/08) to add Flood insurance and they have never returned my call. Called another insurance company was quoted almost half the price for twice the coverage.....

    Wow! What a refreshing experience! When I first stepped into the place I noticed it is not like other insurance companies. The warmth and willingness attitude from both the owner and staff was delightful. Not only the array of companies they have but the knowledge about the products they sell they were able to offer me different options. This company truly did have my best interest at heart. I walked out knowing I had chose the best coverage for me, and they would take good care of me. I would and have recommended them to my friends.
