GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Mission of Hope By the Sea is to create a stable, nurturing environment, which is conducive to, not only, allowing each client to develop healthy, happy, drug free lives, but also to assist them in acquiring the skills to achieve sobriety and successfully maintain it. In order to maintain sobriety, we believe in not only guiding our clients through each and every step to becoming clean and sober, but also to acknowledge and resolve the underlying issues, such as depression and/or anxiety, which are so often the overlooked cause of the addiction itself. To this end, we provide and utilize the latest and most innovative recovery tools along with psychological counseling, medications (as necessary), and most importantly a loving "family" of staff members who can recognize and bring out each client's inherent goodness while setting positive, loving limits on their behaviors. Our drug and alcohol treatment programs are designed to reflect our philosophy and mission objectives

Hope by the Sea offers an array of daily educational and therapy groups. These daily groups allow for clients to connect with peers and discover tools in which to recover successfully
12-step meetings are an intrigual part of our weekly treatment schedule along with step and big book studies. We utilize the 12-Step process to ensure a strong foundation and ongoing success. Hope by the Sea believes in well-rounded recovery
We offer daily physical fitness with a personal trainer to ensure physical healing along with the emotional and spiritual aspects of recovery
Alcoholism and drug addiction not only affects the individual, it has a profound affect on the family. In order for family members to begin their own journey of recovery we encourage participation in weekly family group sessions
