did a search for daycares and @ this one on mundys mill road in jonesboro the room was a nice size and the room had lots of toys but the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the changing table was dirty and the teacher looked no more than 18 or 19 yrs old. i am looking for a day care that has more than just alot of toys

They have outrageous policies. They want you to be there before 9 am every day. If you do not calll and say you will be there after 9 they will send teachers home so there will not be enough teachers there for your childs ratio. They will be very rude to you when you walk in the door. They will roll there eyes and not say a word to you or your child. They will get angry that your child showed up that day. So then they will say call if you are going to be here after 9 so we will know. So you call and tell them then they do not put there classroom in ratio for them being there they will still get aggravated when you bring your chilren becasue they have to move kids around. Why would they ask you to call so they know if when you call they are still rude and do not prepare your childs class for them. Then they will get angry with you and say what happened why did you come in late. Its none of your business i pay you on time i pay for them to be here even when they are not. But still you have to be rude. They are my children so if I can spend time with them I will but no i have to bring them in when you want and not be there mother and spend time with them, I have to let you raise them even though they are my children. If you want a crappy experiience at a day care go to la petite.

I was fairly happy with the services overall
however it seems that almost once a year I have
an issue that needs to be resolved with one or more
or the staffing.
I would rate it overall a good service but because it
is not consistent I cannot say the best

I am a parent of 2 children and would never recommend this aweful place. I work near the Montgomeryville location in Pennsylvania. Now I will tell you I have not enrolled my kids there because of some disturbing things that I have heard.
First of all, the air conditioning went out last summer and they kept all of the children in their rooms with the doors closed and did not call any parents to come pick them up. Wrong in my book. I would rather leave early from work to get my child than they sit in a hot room miserable.
Second, there was an incident of a child hitting their head and blacking out for a minute or two. There was no report made, nor was the parent told about this. That is reprehensible.
It seems the new director is more worried about her own reprutation and money than the safety of the children. I will continue to tell everyone I know about this horrid place.
I have 2 customers who used to work there, so I am not going on heresay.

Nightmare

My son has been there for the past year and the program is ok with the exception that they take every kid that comes through the door. The after school program has well over 50 kids and two teachers. The kids hit and fight all the time. Not because they are bad, but because they are busy and not enough people to take care of them. I witness one little boy walk up and kick a kid and the other kids kicked him back three time in the middle of his leg the kid dropped to the floor crying and no one ever came over to see what was going on. I told the kids not to kick and told the teacher who finally came over there and she told both the boys not to kick and went on about her business. I am not going to keep my kid there any longer. I am looking for a new place as I type.

Some of these kids are super brats and since you cant discipline them...they get away with it time and time again.....Kids KNOW that biting is wrong....but if they get no repercussions about it they know they can do it.....simple as that.....
